Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, company name, and payment information (handled securely by Stripe). We also collect usage data such as images generated, prompts used, and feature interactions to improve our AI models and user experience.

Your data is used to provide and improve the Memm.ai service, process payments, send account notifications, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Images you generate belong to you. We do not use your generated images to train shared AI models. Your brand assets, uploaded logos, and proprietary content are never shared with other users or used for any purpose other than generating your requested outputs.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our platform. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to measure and improve the product; Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and page views) and, when you are signed in, links that record to your account ID (never your name or email). You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

Your account data, prompts and usage records are stored in a PostgreSQL database on our own server in Germany (EU), with daily backups. Generated images, videos, audio and the files you upload are stored in Vercel Blob. Both use encrypted connections and industry-standard security practices.

We use Stripe to process payments, Google for sign-in, Vercel to host the site and store files, Resend to send account emails, and Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta to measure how the site is used. To make your images, videos, audio and 3D models, your prompt and the files you upload are sent to the provider that runs the AI model you choose (for example Google, OpenAI or Anthropic, directly or through a model-hosting partner), only to produce your result. These services have their own privacy policies.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax records).

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data or request deletion by contacting us. Residents of certain jurisdictions (EU, UK, California) have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and monitored. We conduct regular security audits.
