We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, company name, and payment information (handled securely by Stripe). We also collect usage data such as images generated, prompts used, and feature interactions to improve our AI models and user experience.

Your data is used to provide and improve the Memm.ai service, process payments, send account notifications, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Images you generate belong to you. We do not use your generated images to train shared AI models. Your brand assets, uploaded logos, and proprietary content are never shared with other users or used for any purpose other than generating your requested outputs.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our platform. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

Your data is stored in Neon PostgreSQL (user accounts, designs, prompts, usage data) and Vercel Blob (generated images). Both services use industry-standard encryption and security practices.

We use Stripe for payment processing, Google for authentication, and AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Higgsfield) for image generation. These services have their own privacy policies and are GDPR-compliant.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax records).

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data or request deletion by contacting us. Residents of certain jurisdictions (EU, UK, California) have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and monitored. We conduct regular security audits.
