Terms of Service

By using Memm.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Memm.ai is an AI-powered product photography platform. We generate images based on your prompts, brand assets, and campaign parameters. We do not guarantee specific results, likeness accuracy, or commercial suitability of generated images.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs expire 90 days after purchase. All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply at checkout.

Credits are not cash-equivalent and are not refundable on their own. If image generation fails due to a system error, the affected credits are automatically returned to your account. If a money refund is approved for a purchased credit pack, unconsumed credits from that pack may be reversed; consumed credits are not taken below zero.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not automatic. Contact us within 7 days of your first paid charge with your account details and the reason for the request. We consider usage, delivered services, consumed credits, suspected abuse or fraud, technical failures, and applicable law. We do not refund partial billing cycles or used credits unless required by law or approved by Memm.ai. You can cancel anytime and keep using your plan until the end of the current period.

You own all outputs (images, designs, prompts) generated through your account. We claim no rights over your generated content. Free plan outputs are for evaluation only. You may not use Memm.ai to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating this policy.

Memm.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riyadh.
