Troubleshooting

Resolve connection, model, upload, and job-reporting problems.

Last reviewed:

A model or setting is missing

  1. Call memm_list_models again.
  2. Refresh or reconnect Memm in the assistant.
  3. Start a new conversation to reload the tool definitions.
  4. Confirm the generation schema includes the fields you need.

For 3D work, the current schema includes image_views, pose_mode, and kind: "3d" for job listing. A catalogue can update before a client refreshes its cached tool definitions. Never spend credits merely to test whether a connection works.

Sign-in, plan, or credit errors

For an authentication error, reconnect or check that your API key is still active. A paid-plan requirement is different from an insufficient balance. Confirm both the plan and available credits. If an option is temporarily unavailable, choose another only with the user’s agreement.

For rate or concurrency limits, wait and follow existing jobs; repeated submissions do not increase the allowance.

A reference image is refused

Use a fresh upload ticket for an expired or already-used ticket. Check the image format, extension, and 10 MB size limit. Use the final URL only after the upload succeeds. References must be stored in Memm and accessible to the connected account.

For several 3D views, check the selected mode and image count. Do not attach different characters as views of one model.

A job seems stuck or the call timed out

Keep its job ID. Check memm_get_job, or find it using memm_list_jobs. Do not interpret a running state as completion. Reuse the same retry key if you need to repeat the submission.

If it still fails, send support the job ID, model and option, time, and error message. Include a screenshot if useful, with secrets removed. Contact support.
